ADT: "formatted for autodock4, unable to save in autodock3 format"

I am unable to save the ligand PDBQ file in AutoDock 3 format in AutoDockTools/ADT. The message that comes up says "formatted for autodock4, unable to save in autodock3 format". How can this be possible, since I do not have AutoDock 4 installed?
Make sure that if you want to use AutoDock 3, you must use the menu options labelled "(AD3)" in AutoDockTools when you are setting up your docking.
For example, there are two ways to read ligands into ADT, either "Ligand > Input > Open..." or "Ligand > Input > Open (AD3)..."--the former is for AutoDock 4, while the latter is for AutoDock 3.
