This is a tutorial given in the VI European Workshop in Drug Design, in Certosa di Pontignano (Siena, Italy) and was prepared by Rino Ragno (RCMD), Anna Tramontano (BIOCOMPUTING), Adriano Marinelli (MMVSL) and Tiziano Tuccinardi (MMVSL).
