Scripts
Up one levelThis provides a range of scripts useful when using AutoDock. They should run on Cygwin, Linux, Mac OS X and other Unix platforms. They are written in csh, bash, python, awk and sed, so you will need to install these programs on Cygwin, if you haven't installed them already. Once you have downloaded the script file, go to the terminal and give the file executable permission, using the command, "chmod +x <script_file>" where <script_file> is the name of the script you downloaded.
