This part of the documentation for AutoDock 4 is provided as a "wiki". (If you are unfamiliar with wikis, the name comes from the Hawaiian "wiki wiki", which means "very quick". A wiki is a web site that permits quick editing of web pages from within a web browser. We will open up editing of these pages to members of the AutoDock 4 community in the near future; in the meantime, you are encouraged to send us feedback on these pages.)

AutoDockTools, ADT

• AutoDockTools, or "ADT" for short, is the graphical user interface that helps set up AutoGrid and AutoDock calculations, and reads in the results of dockings for visual inspection and analysis.
